Do You Need a Detox?

Do you need a detox?

If you suffer from any of the symptoms below you may need a detox.

How would you like to wake up every morning raring to go?

When did you last burst with energy all day long?

Wouldn’t it be great if your clothes didn’t feel tight and uncomfortable?

Max Tomlinson in “Clean Up Your Diet” says that we are in the middle of a chemical war with the vast array of unnatural, manmade chemicals our bodies have to deal with.

The Australian Women’s Weekly in their book “Detox” also paints a dirty picture (pardon the pun):

“It’s been estimated that, on average, we eat or drink about 3.75 liters of pesticides, take in five kilograms of chemical food additives and breathe in two grams of solid pollution every year”

That’s a lot. Add to that the toxic emotions we accumulate, the stress of work, and you will realize that we need to take out time to cleanse, energize and pamper ourselves.

Still not convinced? How many of the following apply to you?

  • Are you overweight and overfed?
  • Do you suffer from constipation?
  • Do you have bad breath?
  • Are you plagued with lacklustre skin and hair?
  • Do you smoke or drink too much?
  • Are you tired of aches and pains?
  • Are you so stressed you want to scream?
  • Are your eyes puffy and accentuated with dark circles?
  • Are you keen to feel cleaner and leaner?

If you answered yes to any of the above, you are most probably suffering from a build-up of toxins and are in need of a pure-food clean-out.

Grab this chance to give your body a spring clean and return to a state of vibrant health.

“Overall, after 25 years of medical practice, I have to say that the fasting/cleansing/detoxification process is the greatest and most effective healing tool I have found. It is an important component for the prevention of degenerative diseases and a key to transformational and evolutionary medicine and healing”. – Dr Elson Haas.
