Nosipho M. is a women’s wellness coach specializing in Transformation Training with a focus on habits and mindset remodelling. She founded Intentional Living with the goal to transform lives by teaching and coaching women to take action and see the possibilities of life. Nosipho believes that the choices we make moment to moment define overall satisfaction with our lives and shapes the meaning we choose to attach to the circumstances of our lives.
What I Advocate For?
I advocate for taking small intentional daily actions over time as I believe these result in big shifts towards becoming who we envision ourselves to be. My motto in one word is “consistency”. Why?
Because it is the main ingredient to everything that has to do with success nonmatter the context.
What Do I Offer?
I am super excited to officially start offering my 1-on-1 coaching program called Master-Your-Wellness. In the coaching program, we work on understanding where you currently are in life (your goals, health, habits, diet and much more), then we work on understanding your goals, develop a timeline on reaching them and then most importantly we create a practical action plan. There is much more that we do in the coaching. Every person is different, so I approach every individual differently. The goal is to ensure that the coaching achieves its desired effects in a personalized manner.
Apart from the 1-on-1 coaching, I also offer the Thrive Experience 5 Day Challenge, a challenge designed to get you to take short quick actions to start your wellness journey. The program is totally digital and for 5 days you receive instruction on things to do. The program is designed to fit into any schedule with tasks taking a maximum of 15 minutes a day. During the program, participants join the Flawless Women Thriving Facebook group, where they will meet like-minded people and engage with a supportive community. At the end of the program, I do a debrief with participants where we have a brief conversation and explore what else can be done to grow. The program is fun, and goal-focused.

I also offer a Wellness Jumpstart Call, this is a 30-minute phone call or video call where we discuss various topics with the goal of helping the participant to start their wellness journey. One Last Thought…
I believe the next few years are going to be transformational for our society. So much has changed, everybody keeps saying this and that’s because it is true. The changes will not however be positive for everyone but there will be opportunities. One of the opportunities that we will have is the ability to take control of our lives and start living more content and joyous lives where we can focus on our passions. I want to prepare people for that world. I cannot wait!
