We’ve been doing this – not so much no meat as very litle just to taste. So we’ll roast 1 chicken, shred it and divide it into 3 meals. We are a family of 8 so we then add just 1/3 of a chicken to flavour our meals . Besides this most meals are meat free.

I think i will start with a full week, it makes it easier for me to plan and prep than only half a week.

I have started with a full week today (Friday) and will go shopping on either Saturday or Sunday morning which is what I usually do.

Menu planning is not always that simple as its looks because knowing what in your cupboard is a start but then you must remember to keep it simple yet healthy. so lets start with 3 to 5 day menu and take it form there.

Okay, so I will be starting with 3 days, but not until the week after next due to it being Xmas and new years celebrations and we have a multitude of guests until the 6th of January.

I am starting with 4 dinners; since those are the nights my husband is home from work.

I think will start with 4 days we normally eat out once a week so that covers Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
