I would like to do stress management because we all know someone and they know someone that is stressed. I also grow my own herbs and veggies to make teas and bath stuff and sell them. I am getting a nice collection of recipes so maybe down the road I can look at doing a cook book.

Thank you for opening my eyes and mind. When I was still working in the corporate world I did my diplomas in people management and people development management. Never thought I can use it after retirement and the is a possibility to use it in giving workshops and teaching small classes. I can use it to help people living a healthier life when I reached my goal as a Health and Wellness Coach.

Yes! I have developed several courses and programs thus far, and many more are in development. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others, especially if what i share will benefit their lives and/or health! I am in several courses on Udemy currently, in a variety of topics like various healing modalities, coaching, life and spiritual coaching, basically anything i think might benefit my business. I’ve led plant id and foraging walks in my hometown and held a few short workshops at our local health food store, which is where I purchase many of my herbs. To date, workshop with largest attendance (about 25) was a workshop on womens health regarding menopause. When financially able, I seek and obtain certifications in life and spiritual coaching as well as in walking a priestess path.
I believe that each and every one of us, and the world we live in, is naturally magical.
I am dedicated to assisting women of all ages in finding and tapping into their unique magic and divine femininity and bringing it forth to make positive changes in themselves and their lives, thereby positively affecting the world around us.
I am committed to helping my clients bloom into the most beautiful, magical, and powerful versions of themselves in a holistic approach that encompasses mind, body, and spirit.
My passions are health and wellness through herbalism and holistic lifestyles, growth, personal development, and witchcraft.
My mission is to use the guiding principles of beauty, holistic health, creativity, growth, and witchcraft to better my life and the lives of my clients, family, and friends, so that we may, in turn, make our world a happier, more magical place.
My goal is to help women who feel stuck, uninspired, and apathetic create serious and long-term positive changes in their mindsets, self talk, habits, and lifestyles. I believe mind, body, and soul are one complete and whole magical creature that cannot be separated, and that what ails one affects the others, and healing and growth must reflect this.
Discovering and building upon foundations of self- acceptance, love, and worth, together we will embark on a spiritual journey to wholeness and wellness. Healing will be accomplished with my own unique blend of common, well-known personal development principles, spiritual tools and practices, multiple divination techniques, and by utilizing various energetic, herbal, and/or spiritual healing modalities and practices.

I have a little bit of medical background, and helping people has always been my passion. I am currently only helping my friends, but you never know if that might expand…

Too many restrictions and laws around food production in NZ to go there. I will opt more for the bath salts, soaps and other beauty or cleaning products.

I am very interested in mindfulness and stress management. This has been my goal. I have been actively promoting self-care for about a year now and have found that people around me are taking steps to care for themselves regardless of what others think of their choices. Coaching in the holistic approach and taking care of oneself body, mind and soul is my goal.

I really want to include workshops and mini courses into my business because I want others to have the opportunity to learn about natural health options as well! I want to share what I know with my community. I get giddy just thinking about it!

I am already working with a friend on a cookbook of all kinds of recipes and would love to make one of all the recipes that I am trying throughout my education. I am already planning to take some courses for Aromatherapy and getting my Holistic Health and Wellness Certificate from Udemy, which I have already taken many classes with them. I am a former teach by trade so teaching a wellness class or developing an online course would work right within my wheelhouse.

None of these ideas reach out and grab me. I am however intrigued by the thought of guided herbal walks. This would coincide with my desire to learn and use wild herbs in my area.
