I’ll definitely look out for this book. Currently I’m reading”Brighid’s Healing” from Gina McGarry and if you look past the folklore and age old traditions, there is some valuable tips and ‘recipes’ to learn from. Although it focuses on Ireland’s herbs, most of it you get in SA today and is useful to read up on all the uses.
