I think the idea of trashing the scale is a good idea. The scale just adds extra pressure and stress to your goals. You want to actually feel the difference with out the scale. If you can feel the difference you will automatically be more excited and motivated in pushing on.

I want to use this program to get me started in the right direction. I’m not much of a scale user never have been so trashing it is fine with me.

I plan to start the plan at the beginning of Oct. plus I added something to my goal, find the right foods to work with my health issues. example: high blood pressure
