So I overdid it four weeks ago (long hike) and overstrained some muscles that resulted in excruciating Sciatica nerve pain in butt and upper thigh. only 50% recovered. Still need to keep the system supported by exercise so the morning 15 min session will have to do for now.
Everyday 30 minutes of yoga was the only thing that kept me from crying in the shower after my baby was born, it does wonders for mental health as well as made my body strong again, I couldn’t agree with you more.
The benefits gained out ways any procrastination, my aha moment exactly. Procrastinating is much easy especially when you don’t consider all these gains but within an eye to all you stand to gain you will never do it again.
I have already have one though was not totally committed to it, now it will be my morning gospel.
Since lockdown, our local park suddenly has 3x the amount of people as normal! They also added gym equipment etc. The pedestrian path that goes around the park is 1.8km. We go there every day and join in all the activities! Really a blessing. It’s nice to be out and about even though you still have to wear your toxic mask.
I use 15-20 minute exercise videos from Sparkpeople.com or YouTube about 4 times a week. I get bored easily, so I switch it up. 15 minutes of kickboxing, 20 minutes of Zumba, 15 minutes of Pilates, etc. If I’m not bored I won’t give up! 😀
Hopefully I am not overstepping but I think a part that was missed in this Unit is that exercise should be fun (just like healthy eating should be tasty)
Try to find things that you really enjoy that require a little sweat! You probably already know what these are.

I will try, I have an issue with follow-through so I need to start slow.
