Oh I had created the menu for the whole week on the previous lesson. My AHA would be that I’m surprised I can have so much coffee and add whole milk. 🙂

Day 1: Stays the same; just add a cup of Herbal Tea for Breakfast
Day 2: Breakfast: Fast- Lemon Water; Lunch: Fast- Coffee w/half & half; add a touch of cinnamon; Dinner: Tuna on a lettuce leaf with lite dressing; carrot sticks, the fruit of chose
Day 3: Breakfast: Fast- Herbal Tea; Lunch: Fresh salad with a dressing of chose; Dinner: Egg sandwich on an English muffin with cheese; fresh fruit salad
Ahh- Learning about all the things you can drink and still be fasting.
