This is a more detailed approach and requires more in-depth research for each tonic or tincture solution

The treatment protocol differs from that of the common cold as the “causation” or etiology of the cold is irrelevant and often unable to be sourced. This protocol addresses the causation as a major concept, beyond just a “weakened immune system” which would be the notable etiology of the common cold.

The unit in Basic Herbal Medicine making touches the overall protocol of prevention and treatment, while this one goes into more detail, to get to the source of the problem, rather than to treat symptoms.

The Common Cold protocol in Basic Herbal Medicine seems to follow the protocol above perfectly. The condition is addressed, defined, and an overview is presented. Treatment, actions, remedies and formulae are then suggested as well.
