    Meal Plan for a family of 6

    Monday

    Breakfast: Cereal and Boiled Eggs
    Lunch . Jollof Rice and Chicken and Salad
    Lunch box – Dinner leftovers.
    Dinner. Boiled Potatoes and Fish Vegetable
    Snack. Potato Crisp, Nuts, Peanuts, Chocolate, Biscuits, Fruit.

    Tuesday

    Breakfast: Sandwiches, Sausages and Tea
    Lunch: Boiled Yam and Egg Sauce and Vegetables
    Lunch box – Dinner leftovers.
    Dinner: Roasted Fish, Bread and Veggies
    Snack: Banana and Peanut Butter

    Wednesday

    Breakfast: Oat and Boiled Eggs.
    Lunch: Office Lunch Meeting
    Dinner: Something quick and light. Meeting may run late.

    Thursday

    Breakfast: Millet Pap and Fried Plantain
    Lunch: Marshed Beans and Veggies
    Lunch box – dinner leftovers.
    Dinner: Boiled Yam and Fish Sauce
    Snack: Art class. Take-away Pizza.

    Friday

    Breakfast
    Boiled Plantain and Ommelet
    Lunch: Rice and Beans and Grilled Chicken in Tomatoe sauce
    Dinner Peppersoup and Spagetti
    Lunch box – dinner leftovers.

    Saturday

    Breakfast: Egg Omelette
    Lunch: Plantain Meal, Beef sauce and Fruit Punch
    Dinner: Fish Peppersoup and Yam
    Snacks: Sandwiches

    Sunday
    Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, Toast and Tea.
    Lunch: Family Cook time Fried Rice, Turkey, Salad and Homemade Fruit Juice.
    Dinner: Family eating our day Grilled Beef and Fried Plantain

    The meal plan is great but does not tally with West African kinds of feeding.

    I don’t know how. I’m working Monday to Saturday. 07h00 to 17H30. Everybody helps now and then. We’ll sit together and plan together and see.
