    My kit needs updating. The stings remedies are very useful. There are so many essential oils that can be functional in several different ways.

    I love this list!

    I have been using a balm of tulsi and plantain on basically every minor cut or scratch and aloe on any burn.

    I will definitely be accumulating all of these first aid remedies!

    I already use most of these remedies, especially Calendula, St Johns wort, Aloe vera, Bulbine, Bicarbonate of Soda, and Rescue Remedy.

    Bee (ant) stings acidic – apply alkaline bicarb. Wasp (Mossie, horsefly) stings alkaline. Apply acidic lemon juice or cider vinegar

    I have my normal first aid kit ready and approved by the person who gave us our level 1 and 2 First Aid Training.
    Now I also have my herbal First Aid Kit ready.
