2) Reflection – I realise that I must make time to sit down and do some serious planning in terms of all the things to do and the things to avoid. Some of them, I am on track but there are some that I need to replace with more healthy items and others to totally avoid. Did copy and paste the the protocol action plan. – and will make use of it.
3) Want to follow the plan for 7 days to get better results.
4) I can use my ginger tincture or I can make use of a liver tonic to help cleansing the liver.
5) Will do the Energy Quiz again after the 7h day.
