Which days or meals did you improve?
the dishes that have veggies that are not in season like eggplant, I replace with what I have.
How did the planning go? What went well? What did you battle with?
Planning was not as hectic since it was the second round on the same plan.
How did the execution go? What went well? What did you battle with?
The execution in the third week was an experiment for my 2 teens, who came to join us from their grandma. They made my job a little lighter.

I’ve got dinners planned for this week as well. And the grocery list is one of my favorite features. I will shop for this week tomorrow and be ready. I’ve also been making a bit more of each dinner to take for lunch at work. That has saved me a lot of money. 🙂

1. Improved Breakfast, not much of a breakfast eater. So, tried to find healthier, fun food to try. Changed it up each day, no repeats
2. As usual, the planning stage is my favorite part of any project
3. The execution was so much better, I ate breakfast most days. Plus, the leftovers will last a while, because I am learning to portion out better.
