Traditional Medicinal Uses of Ilex mitis
Indications: Administered to people only. Applied in a magical sense.
Ilex mites is a very hardy tree with almost white bark and glossy, dark green foliage that is purplish-red when it first flushes. Small, sweetly scented, white flowers are followed by masses of decorative red berries that are sought after by birds. Ilex mites prefer a damp spot near water but can withstand moderately dry conditions. (Wildflower Nursery)
