The class itself is very informative. Yet, I guess I am not ready for all the new foods that were introduced, I don’t not like a lot of exotic food or spicey things. So it felt like I could get enough to eat, or too much of the same thing. Yet, with time I will start to try something new, maybe once a week.

The mealplans and recipes are great. However for me personally it would have helped a lot to start with some information before I get to the mealplans e.g. the difference between banting, keto, Dr Atkins etc. Also which foods are the best to eat and which foods to avoid not just like sugar and oil, but e.g. where is grapefruit on the list, what about other fruit, cheese etc
